1. No Refund Policy
All membership fees paid to Global CBN are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, regardless of usage, circumstances, or member activity.
Once the payment is completed and membership is activated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
This includes situations such as:
- Change of mind
- Partial or non-usage of the platform
- Dissatisfaction with networking outcomes
- Accidental payment
- Inability to attend events, webinars, or meetings
- Technical issues not arising from the Company
We recommend reviewing all membership benefits carefully before purchasing. Existing Global CBN members can help explain features and benefits so you can make an informed decision before purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may request to cancel or delete their account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
- Cancelling your account does not entitle you to a refund of the membership fee.
- After cancellation, access to paid features will remain only until the end of the current membership period.
3. Renewal Policy
- Membership renewal is optional and requires payment of the annual fee.
- If a user does not renew, membership benefits will expire automatically.
- Renewal fees are non-refundable once paid.
4. Payment Issues
- If a payment fails, is incomplete, or is declined, membership will not be activated.
- For payment gateway errors, duplicate charges, or processing issues, users must contact the payment provider directly.
- The Company may assist with verification but is not responsible for any third-party payment processing issues.
